Additional equipment for manual bending machine M-MAX:
- Slitter knife – The slitter knife is very durable, made of high quality steel, then powder coated. Its weight is 5 kg. The cutting blades (discs) are made of highly refined alloy steel, which makes it possible to cut galvanized metal sheet with a maximum thickness of up to 0.8 mm. The life of the cutting discs is approximately 25km. /with a metal sheet thickness of 0.5mm./ The discs can be sharpened several times, and can also be purchased separately to replace worn ones.
- Bending angle disc – allows bending at any angle from 0 to 160 degrees. The measuring disk allows to quickly set the degrees of bending and to process the sheet according to the required parameters (for one or several elements) without adjusting the angle limiter.
- Wheels (Enclosed to the machine) – A set of swivel wheels equipped with brakes. Allow the machine to move easily.
- Front limiters – Make it possible to determine the width of the cut element at the front of the machine. The design of the limiters allows their 180 degree rotation, as well as their return to the initial position. They are extremely convenient for serial cutting. They are often used in repeated operations, keeping the same dimensions of the processed elements. The installed scale helps to make quick and precise measurements.
- Four angle limiters of bent plate – Ranged 4x 0° – 160° – helps to repeatedly bend the processed metal sheet into four pre-set angles with a range of 0-160 degrees. Repeating already bent corners is done by manually turning the limiter.
- Back fenders – with a scale 1000mm – allows the metal sheet to be placed and its free movement. It can be used as a place to store the already cut elements. It is equipped with a scale ensuring the exact setting of cutting and bending of the tin sheet.
